Some of you know the incredible Lauren Fleshman, a former track and field athlete, who was the U.S. 5000 meters champion in 2006 and 2010. She currently coaches the professional women’s running group, Little Wings Athletics, and is a former Wild Writing trainee who has brought Wild Writing to her running community all over the world.
