To hold your seat at the retreat you will be charged a $500 nonrefundable deposit with registration. We will automatically charge the $3,500 balance to the same card on February 20, 2024. PLEASE NOTE: No refunds are available on the $3,500 balance due payments once completed on February 20, 2024. If you cancel after February 20, 2024 you are welcome to sell or gift your seat to someone else. And, if we have a waiting list for the retreat, we are happy to let those individuals know of the available seat. If we are able to fill your seat we will then reimburse your balance due payment.
